Davken Soccer respects the privacy of players and families. This notice explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to parents and guardians.
Information We Collect
We may collect a parent or guardian’s name, email address, phone number and communication preferences; a player’s name, age, playing level, position, goals and preferred schedule; emergency-contact details; relevant medical conditions or allergies; photo and video consent; registration and attendance information; and payment confirmation. Our website may also use necessary cookies and basic technical information required for security and operation.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to enquiries, recommend programs, register players, schedule and deliver training, support player safety, contact an emergency person when reasonably necessary, maintain business and payment records, improve our services and meet applicable obligations. We send marketing and program-update emails only when consent has been provided.
Payments and Service Providers
Card payments are completed securely through Stripe. Davken Soccer does not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We use service providers such as Hostinger for website hosting and email marketing, SureForms for website forms, and Stripe for checkout. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services under their own security and privacy practices.
Children and Parental Consent
Registration information for a player under the age of majority must be submitted by, or with the authorization of, a parent or legal guardian. Photo and video consent is optional. A parent or guardian may withdraw photo/video or newsletter consent for future use by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect material already lawfully used before the request was received.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with coaches, facilities and service providers only when reasonably needed to operate a program, protect participant safety, process a payment or comply with a lawful requirement.
Retention and Safeguards
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including safety, accounting and legal recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; however, no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
Parents and guardians may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to records we must retain. Newsletter recipients can unsubscribe at any time. Requests should be sent to the contact address below.
