These terms apply to registrations, training packages, events and other services offered by Davken Soccer. By registering or paying, the parent or guardian confirms that the information supplied is accurate and agrees to these terms.
Registration and Scheduling
Submitting a form or payment does not guarantee a particular time or location until Davken Soccer confirms it. Packages must be used for the approved player and program unless Davken Soccer agrees otherwise in writing. Players must follow coach, facility and safety instructions.
Payment
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Payment is completed through Stripe. A payment reserves the requested program or training block, subject to final confirmation of schedule and location. Davken Soccer does not receive or store full card numbers.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or request a different training time. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used. Davken Soccer may make reasonable exceptions for emergencies or illness.
If Davken Soccer cancels a session, the session will be rescheduled or credited. Weather, unsafe field conditions, facility closures and other circumstances outside our control may require a change of time or location. When Davken Soccer determines that a session cannot safely proceed, it will be rescheduled or credited.
Refunds
Refund requests made before a program begins will be reviewed promptly. After a program has started, completed sessions are not refundable and unused sessions are generally non-refundable, except where Davken Soccer cancels the service or agrees to an exception for documented medical or exceptional circumstances. Any approved refund may be reduced by the value of services already delivered and non-refundable processing charges where permitted. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Participant Health and Safety
A parent or guardian is responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries and participation restrictions. Soccer involves physical activity and risk. The registration waiver and emergency authorization form part of the registration agreement. Davken Soccer may pause or end participation when reasonably necessary for player or group safety.
Conduct
Players and accompanying adults must treat coaches, players, officials, facilities and other families respectfully. Dangerous, abusive or seriously disruptive behaviour may result in removal from a session or program. Davken Soccer will make reasonable efforts to discuss concerns with the parent or guardian.
Photos, Video and Marketing
Photo and video permission is optional and controlled by the choice made on the registration form. Newsletter and promotional emails are sent only with consent and can be stopped at any time.
Personal Information
Personal information is handled according to the Davken Soccer Privacy Policy.
Changes
Davken Soccer may update these terms when programs or operating requirements change. The version in effect when a booking is made will apply unless a change is required for safety or by law.
